On November 15, 2022, Hainan Governor Feng Fei holds a working meeting with Ralf Brandst?tter, Chairman and CEO of Volkswagen Group China in Haikou.
11月15日下午，省長馮飛在海口與大眾汽車集團董事、大眾汽車（中國）董事長兼CEO貝瑞德一行舉行工作會談。
Feng welcomes Ralf Brandst?tter and the Volkswagen delegation, and demonstrates in detail the progress and policy advantages of Hainan Free Trade Port. He puts that the Hainan Free Trade Port, leveraging its unique geographical position and high-level opening policy advantages, shall give full play to the role of the comprehensive experimental platform for reform and opening up, explore to pilot the CPTPP economic and trade rules and accelerate building the international hub of the new land-sea corridor, all of which shall bring broad prospects for its future development. Hainan looks forward to exploring cooperation paths with Volkswagen in areas of application scenarios for high-level smart connectivity vehicles, low-carbon and zero carbon supply chains, and sharing new opportunities of the Hainan Free Trade Port.
馮飛對貝瑞德一行的到訪表示歡迎，并詳細介紹了海南自貿(mào)港建設(shè)進展情況和政策優(yōu)勢。他說，海南自貿(mào)港具有獨特地理區(qū)位與高水平開放政策優(yōu)勢，將充分發(fā)揮好改革開放綜合試驗平臺作用，探索先行先試CPTPP經(jīng)貿(mào)規(guī)則，加快西部陸海新通道國際航運樞紐建設(shè)，未來發(fā)展前景廣闊。海南期待與大眾集團在打造高水平的智能網(wǎng)聯(lián)汽車應(yīng)用場景、低碳和零碳供應(yīng)鏈等領(lǐng)域探索合作路徑，共享海南自貿(mào)港發(fā)展機遇。
Brandst?tter points out that the Hainan Free Trade Port is equipped with high-level opening policies and supported by the Chinese Mainland and Southeast Asia, two of the world's most dynamic markets. It is currently accelerating the development of high-tech industries, and has a strong magnetizing effect on high-level talents. Volkswagen is deeply impressed by Hainan’s excellent ecological environment and low-carbon growth path. It shall pay continuous attention to the progress of the free trade port building initiative and is willing to jointly uncover new cooperation possibilities with Hainan.
貝瑞德表示，海南自由貿(mào)易港擁有高水平的開放政策，背靠中國大陸和東南亞兩個全球最活躍的市場，正加快推動高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展，對高層次人才有很強的吸引力。大眾汽車集團對海南的生態(tài)建設(shè)和低碳發(fā)展印象深刻，將進一步關(guān)注海南自由貿(mào)易港建設(shè)進展，與海南共同探討合作新機遇。
