今天的《Global Outlook》我們來(lái)連線歐盟中國(guó)中心主席劉雨雄、德國(guó)企業(yè)家協(xié)會(huì)創(chuàng)辦人王文和荷蘭中國(guó)商務(wù)文化教育促進(jìn)會(huì)會(huì)長(zhǎng)熊?chē)?guó)秀，來(lái)看看他們對(duì)于（認(rèn)為）自貿(mào)港建設(shè)背景下海南與歐洲之間的合作空間都有哪些。

In today's “Global Outlook,” we invite Liu Yuxiong, Chairman of the Euro-Sino Exchange Center, Wang Wen, the founder of a German entrepreneurs association, and Xiong Guoxiu, the president of a promotion association of Chinese business, culture and education in the Netherlands, to share their views on the collaborative opportunities between Hainan and Europe under the framework of the Hainan Free Trade Port development.

海南與德國(guó)，特別是與歐盟，在教育、消費(fèi)品和醫(yī)療方面有很好的合作基礎(chǔ)，而且這種基礎(chǔ)是建立在中國(guó)快速發(fā)展的經(jīng)濟(jì)這一大的體量之上。

Hainan has a solid foundation for cooperation with the EU, especially Germany in the fields of education, consumer goods, and healthcare, and this foundation is backed by the huge and rapidly developing Chinese economy.

歐盟中國(guó)中心這邊與德國(guó)科學(xué)院幾十個(gè)院士簽有協(xié)議，并且也有打算在海南逐漸把德國(guó)的科學(xué)院落戶(hù)到中國(guó)，加上50多個(gè)院士，還有幾十個(gè)歐洲其他國(guó)家的院士。所以咱們?cè)诤Ｄ线@邊也（要）建立一個(gè)院士的接待站，同時(shí)下一步也要把德國(guó)的科學(xué)，歐洲的科學(xué)在海南自由貿(mào)易區(qū)（港）的大背景下把它落戶(hù)下來(lái)，使它在科學(xué)和技術(shù)方面，特別是在科學(xué)方面能夠引領(lǐng)中國(guó)的經(jīng)濟(jì)，同時(shí)也可以引領(lǐng)東南亞的經(jīng)濟(jì)。

The Euro-Sino Exchange Center has signed agreements with dozens of academicians from the German National Academy of Sciences. We plan to gradually establish a presence for the German National Academy of Sciences in Hainan, China. This initiative also includes more than 50 academicians from Germany and dozens more from other European countries. Therefore, we will establish a reception station for academicians in Hainan. Our next step involves integrating German and European scientific advancements into the Hainan Free Trade Port framework, with the aim of promoting the economies of China and Southeast Asian countries.

歐盟中國(guó)中心愿意在今后的時(shí)間和海南的自由貿(mào)易港建設(shè)同心同德、攜手前進(jìn)，把更多歐洲的優(yōu)秀資源引進(jìn)來(lái)。

The Euro-Sino Exchange Center is willing to develop together with the Hainan Free Trade Port and jointly introduce more excellent resources from Europe to Hainan.

下一步海南可以發(fā)揮自由貿(mào)易島（港）的優(yōu)勢(shì)，讓更多的德國(guó)的優(yōu)秀資源和中國(guó)的市場(chǎng)結(jié)合，讓德國(guó)優(yōu)秀的醫(yī)療資源為全中國(guó)的普通百姓和各個(gè)有需要德國(guó)頂尖科學(xué)技術(shù)的階層得到更多的好處，海南無(wú)疑是一個(gè)非常好的試驗(yàn)田。

Next, by leveraging its free trade port advantages, Hainan can effectively integrate more excellent German resources with the Chinese market, enabling the general public in China to benefit more from Germany's excellent medical resources and advanced scientific technologies. In this regard, Hainan is undoubtedly a very good pilot zone.

（海南）自由貿(mào)易港的零關(guān)稅（政策）還有30天的對(duì)外國(guó)人的免簽（政策），這些優(yōu)勢(shì)都是我們最強(qiáng)勁的，所以大家都來(lái)海南投資。作為一個(gè)德國(guó)企業(yè)家，我也非常高興也希望能到海南去投資。海南的生態(tài)地理環(huán)境都非常適宜人居。作為項(xiàng)目來(lái)講，我們認(rèn)為在醫(yī)藥和大健康上，還有在我們中德的教育領(lǐng)域上（都有合作空間）。比方說(shuō)跟比勒費(fèi)爾德大學(xué)合作在海南設(shè)立一所分校，海南的人力資源就會(huì)逐漸地?cái)U(kuò)大，給投資者也帶來(lái)了非常好的一個(gè)創(chuàng)業(yè)的、在那落地的機(jī)會(huì)。我也希望我們德國(guó)企業(yè)帶著我們非常優(yōu)勢(shì)的項(xiàng)目到海南省去落地。

Hainan has great advantages, such as those zero-tariff FTP policies and the 30-day visa-free entry policy for foreign nationals, making it an attractive destination for investment.

As a German entrepreneur, I am very happy and hope to be able to invest in Hainan. The ecological and geographical environment of Hainan is very suitable for human habitation. As for projects, I believe that the two sides can cooperate in the fields of medicine, big health and education. For example, Hainan has cooperated with Germany’s Bielefeld University to establish the Hainan Bielefeld University of Applied Sciences, which will help gradually expand the human resources in Hainan and be beneficial for investors to set up businesses there.

I also hope that our German companies can bring very advantageous projects to Hainan Province for implementation.

我在去年下半年和今年去了三趟海南，而且海南的有關(guān)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)也跟我和我的團(tuán)隊(duì)宣傳了這些海南的政策，所以我們對(duì)海南自貿(mào)港的建設(shè)發(fā)展很有信心，而且領(lǐng)導(dǎo)也很希望我能夠帶動(dòng)更多的海外華僑、荷蘭企業(yè)、歐洲企業(yè)能夠到海南去投資、去建設(shè)。

I visited Hainan three times in the second half of last year and this year. The relevant government officials in Hainan have thoroughly briefed me and my team on the province’s preferential policies related to the Free Trade Port. Therefore, we have great confidence in the development of the Hainan Free Trade Port. Furthermore, the officials expressed their hope that I can encourage more overseas Chinese, Dutch enterprises, and European companies to invest and develop business in Hainan.
