On November 20, China’s first coastal LNG filling station was officially put into operation in Hainan, playing an important role in promoting the application of LNG for marine vessels in the country.

11月20日，中國首座沿海LNG船舶加注站在海南正式投運，填補了中國沿海LNG船舶加注站的空白，為中國推廣海洋船舶應(yīng)用LNG起到示范引領(lǐng)作用。

At the Macun Port in Hainan’s Chengmai County, a ship is being filled with Liquefied Natural Gas, also known as LNG. Compared to traditional fuel, over the course of a year LNG-powered ships can reduce costs and the emission of sulfur oxides and particles by 100%, with nitrogen oxides being reduced by 90%.

在海南澄邁馬村港碼頭的LNG加注站內(nèi)，一艘船正在加注液化天然氣。相比燃油，船舶以LNG為動力，每年可減少排放硫氧化物、懸浮顆粒物100%，氮氧化物90%，同時降低燃料成本。

Since March 15th this year, the Macun Port LNG filling station has started this trial operation. Up to now, it has safely refueled the "Ocean Oil 550" and "Ocean Oil 551" Ships on 12 separate occasions. Refueling these ships allow them to sail 1,800 nautical miles, which is about 15 days worth of fuel. With the implementation of CNOOC's clean energy vessel project, 6 LNG-powered guardian vessels are expected to be put into use in the South China Sea by the end of this year.

馬村LNG船舶加注站自今年3月15日開始試運行，已累計為“海洋石油550”和“海洋石油551”兩艘LNG動力守護船安全加注12船次。LNG動力守護船加注一次LNG可供船舶航行1800海里，大約能在海上航行15天。隨著中國海油清潔能源船舶項目的實施，預計到今年年底將有6艘LNG動力守護船在南海投入使用。
